PROVISIONS REGARDING DELIVERY
Shipping costs related to orders shall be borne by the consumer. The total amount of the order will be charged to the consumer's credit card upon completion of the order. Delivery and shipping fees shall be collected from the consumer by the courier representative at the time of delivery.
Following payment and security approval of your order, unless a different procurement period is specified for the products you purchased (e.g., pre-order items, custom-made products), the products will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days. The delivery time of the shipped products varies between 1 to 3 days depending on the distance. In case of delays in the procurement of the product(s) in your order or if they cannot be supplied, you will be informed about the estimated supply time. If there is a problem with the supply of the product(s), you may either request a refund or choose to wait for the procurement. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be considered as placed on the following Monday, upon confirmation of payment. Orders placed on official holidays or religious holidays will be considered received on the first business day following confirmation of payment.
If the consumer is not present at the specified delivery address, the delivery may be made to other individuals residing at the same address or to the consumer's assistants.
If the consumer suspects that the package has been damaged during shipment, they are obliged to open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier representative. If any defect is found in the product, a damage report must be issued by the courier company, and the product must not be accepted. If the package is refused and a report is issued, the situation must be reported to our Company as soon as possible along with a copy of the report. Our Company will ensure a prompt and proper delivery. Once the package has been accepted by the consumer, it is considered that the delivery company has fulfilled its duties properly.
Provided that there is a valid reason, our Company may supply goods or services of equal quality and price before the performance period specified in the contract expires. Furthermore, if it becomes impossible to fulfill the goods or services specified in the order, our Company shall notify the consumer before the expiration of the contractual performance period and refund all payments and return any documents that may impose a liability on the consumer within 10 days.
If the consumer fails to fully comply with the conditions specified in this agreement, our Company shall not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the ordered products.
