Product Return Conditions

Returns must be made strictly with the original box or packaging.

Products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example: boxes with shipping labels affixed directly on them, sealed with packing tape, or written on) and thus have lost their resellable condition, cannot be returned. Products that cannot be returned to the importer/manufacturer or resold to another customer will not be accepted for return.

When returning a product, you must include the original invoice (all copies in your possession) along with a written statement explaining the reason for the return.

Returns that meet the above conditions must be sent to us inside a sturdy cardboard box in a way that protects the original packaging from any damage. Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Returns Department. If it complies with the conditions mentioned above, the return process will be initiated. This process typically takes between 3 to 7 days. After the review by the Returns Department, you will be contacted, and depending on your preference, one of the following options will be provided: replacement of the product, refund, or issuance of a gift voucher.

RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THE CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU IN THE SAME CONDITION.
